I had the unfortunate circumstance of breaking down and pulling into a gas station and then waiting all night for AAA to pick me and my car up. As a result, the owner of the gas station called to have my car towed off their property which is totally within their right. I ended up having to pay an impound fee to T and W who picked my car up to have it released over to AAA. Alot of people on here and in general are going to roast the tow company but in all honesty they couldnt have been nicer and they are just doing a job and towed my AWD car properly so I am super appreciative of their professionalism. read more

Do not do business with this towing company. They were asked to pick up s broke down vehicle from a residence in Henderson. NC and tow it to another location in Henderson to be fixed. 3 days later they finally show to pick the vehicle up. At the time no one wsd home at the residence. A phone call was made and TW was told payment would be made in person the next day. Verbal agreement made. TW then decided to take the car to their impound lot. Not good business and a way to scam money. I would suggest using a towing company with much more integrity. The better business has been contacted and considering legal representation. I'm a spark driver for walmart and was in the curbside pickup waiting on them to bring out my order. The guy hooks his tow truck to my car while I'm waiting for an order. He then proceeds to use racial slurs towards my husband and told him he was banned from the walmart parking lot. I'm not the only one he did this to. There was another customer waiting in her car to get her order brought out and he hooked her car up trying to tow not realizing she was in her car. read more

these monkeys are a third world company. they will rob you given the chance. Took my car from food lion that broke down. I thought it would be ok 2 hours until i could schedule pickup and pay for tow from a good tow company, it would have $100. These monkeys steel my car making bad situation worse. Had to call every tow truck service in area to find it. finally had to call state patrol who found it, 30 miles from my home. These people will travel a long ways steel your car.They say 24 7 but knot. They keep car till it racks up alot fee and not answer the phone. Charged me $270, what a scam. We ordered groceries from walmart went to pick up ..they gave us the wrong coffee creamer ..so we went back in to get the right creamer switched out at customer service ..all while parked in grocery pick up ..was inside only 7 min..jeep was towed and went back in to walmart to ask why ..she said i was parked in wrong spot but we ordered groceries from home and went and picked up ..in pick up parking ..cost us $290.00 for 7 min..also did not bring my jeep back after we paid on line in from of Tw..we had to ride with his help to the yard to get my jeep back..Why ...i explained everything to him.. walmart said we are sorry ..our mistake..but did not offer to help me out . Tw was only doing what he thought was right but wal mart did us wrong ... things could / should have been done different for us all... This is only 1 life ..no one is perfect . But think with your heart. We did ask him to please bring my jeep back and did pay his fee right in front of him... very bad for my wife to go through this.
