If we wouldn't have called we would to have purchase a whole new HVAC system in 1 year! Extremely frustrated with the quality, even though not a custom home, for the price we should have had quality work!

When you list "AS IS" and price it accordingly, that is what it means! He continued to ask for things that were disclosed up front, we said no, he came back again and again trying to wear us down. Extremely unprofessional, as Kenny sang....'ya gotta know when to hold up" At one point he withdrew from the Contract and then came crawling back next day. From our perspective, he did his Buyer a disservice and hopefully did not back him into a corner of having to pay Capital gains. Will never entertain another offer from Stephen or his firm.

He also created interactive maps illustrating the property. We were impressed with the presentation of our property in the marketing materials. A.J. was able to highlight for buyers the property's full potential. We never considered it a "ranch," but A.J. worked to reach all kinds of buyers, and the property sold to horse owners, who've since developed a nice riding stable. A.J. communicated with us every week, keeping us updated on showings and buyer reactions. We no longer lived at the property, so he took pains to confirm for us that doors were locked, gates were shut, etc. He protected our property like it was his own. They should be ashamed of themselves for teaching their younger family members how to rip people off. The place we rented in Loveland was really run down and dirty. We spent 2 weeks cleaning it before we could move it. We latterly gave them over a hundred pictures proving how bad it was. They promised they would repair the deck as it was dangerously falling apart. Of course they never did. We had to move because the Owners wanted to sell. We took very good care of the place. When we moved out it was really clean. We hired a cleaning company to come in and go over it again just to be sure. We also hired a carpet cleaning company and a landscape company to come mow. They cut a tree down right before we moved out leaving wood all over the yard. They took $700 of our deposit for a huge dumpster. I went by after we moved out and they have a very nice deck out back. When we moved out they would not come meet with us to do an inspection. They said the Owners would do the inspection. Our deposit was $1,800. They gave us back $600. Of course they took so long to send our deposit back that we needed the money so we didn't go to court.
