I had originally contacted about conflicting hours listed online. I was informed that they were not letting people in the store due to Covid-19, which is understandable, but my family was just in the store yesterday picking funeral floral arrangements. I was then informed that if it was for a funeral, they do let people come in. Even after being told this, I was still unable to go in to pick an arrangement. I didn't understand why I was told one thing and then told no. The lady on the phone was very nice, but because I wanted a small arrangement and not a casket spray or a stand arrangement, I'm assuming my money wasn't good enough. I was able to go elsewhere and build a beautiful arrangement.

The worst place I have ever ordered from. Stay away from her Etsy shop. She advertises that the…read morepaint she uses has a sealant and leaves it shiny so it looks like ceramic. I have to laugh because in reality it's chalky and peels off. She tried accusing me of putting them in the dishwasher. I told her I live in an apartment and don't have a dishwasher. When that didn't work she accused me of soaking them in water for a long period of time. I certainly didn't especially since I contacted her right after I received them and took them out of the box. Finally when that didn't work she claimed she told me they were painted and that I was confused and thought I was getting clear mason jars. I knew exactly what I ordered. The color and design matches my bathroom. Why would I pay her $59.00 for clear plain jars when I could purchase them in the supermarket for just a few dollars. Clearly this woman is a thief, insane and a total liar! Stay away! She refuses to give refunds or exchanges. I now have a case open with PayPal against this lunatic.
