As a gift for Mother's Day (I rarely ask for anything from them) they were cooperative and Marlo made it very easy and an enjoyable and comfortable experience to get the photos done. She was very accommodating as we were all in town for a limited amount of time for a Baylor graduation. She was also incredibly flexible to make herself available when we were back in town later to select photos, and then went out of her way to deliver photos out of the area. From the moment I arrived, Petra and Diana made me feel completely at ease. The studio atmosphere was warm, fun, and uplifting. Diana made me feel absolutely beautiful -- even better than I imagined -- and Petra took the time to truly understand my style and personality. She guided every pose so naturally that what I feared would feel awkward actually felt empowering and authentic. When Petra showed me the first images on the back of her camera, I was in shock. The woman I saw was radiant. Strong. Beautiful. She didn't look like the version I carried in my head. For the first time, I started to see myself differently. What I didn't expect was how much this would impact my marriage. Watching my husband see the images -- the way he looked at me with pure love and adoration -- was incredibly moving. At our reveal session, he immediately knew which images he wanted enlarged and in the album. He was anxiously waiting for the app and still gets the sweetest grin when he looks at the photos. He doesn't see the "flaws" I see. He sees me as beautiful and beloved. With Petra and Diana's help, I was able to glimpse myself through his eyes -- and that has been life-changing. I strongly advise AGAINST using this establishment. They claimed that I did not return one of…read moretheir tablecloths and charged us for it. I know that I returned every single tablecloth they sent, but they still insisted that I was missing one. 1. I received all the tablecloths I ordered. 2. Two of the tablecloths were lighter in color. They looked like they were just older and faded black. 3. I am not a complainer and it was not worth the effort to call about that. There were two like that and we put them in the back. Also note, many of the tablecloths were stained. Again, moved them around to make them work. While this is another reason I would NEVER use or recommend RSVP again, that is not the issue here. 4. All tablecloths I received were returned. I am 100% sure of that. I was at the venue when they were piled up to return. I stacked them up and oversaw placing them in the bags. I also clean the venue after the events and nothing was left behind. Again, absolutely sure I returned what was given to me. 5.RSVP told me there was a green tablecloth in my return bags. I DO NOT OWN OR HAVE A GREEN TABLECLOTH. NO OTHER TABLECLOTHS WERE EVER AT THE VENUE. 6. If it is not RSVPs and I know it is not mine, how is it in my bag? BTW--our colors were black and white....not green. 7. Obviously, that is what RSVP sent me or RSVP has mixed something up. 8. RSVPs system is flawed if a green cloth is in my bag and RSVP says that it is not what they sent me. 9. This has become a he said, she said situation. 10. Thus the reason not to use their services, because they are charging me for something because THEY say I did not return it when I KNOW that I did. 11. This is just ridiculous! I regret ever walking into this place! 12. If anyone does not take my review seriously, I suggest you count EVERY SINGLE ITEM to the pickup person. Videotape the whole encounter. Have them sign a document stating they put it in their truck! Although, I don't think she'd understand and believe you anyway. 13. This is infuriating, because without a doubt, all items were returned.

She helped considerably on the wedding day and having her allowed us to enjoy the wedding more completely. Unfortunately there were some things that could have been better. There were small details missed that we had to instruct her of during the day. Some we didn't notice until it was too late. (Ie: one being the $200 bottle of champagne was not on ice with the cake, so our pictures of the cake have an empty punch bowl next to it. Bridal party table plates were left in a box so they were unsure where to sit.) I'm sure there were not many people that noticed. She was very helpful in packing up, but in the rush she packed some things on top of our leftover cake. In the end we really counted on her and she handled most of it. We were just a little disappointed in those missed details. Hopefully she will learn from this and make improvements in the future, as details in a wedding matter greatly.
