We had a great first experience with her and booked a 2 session package. The reason for the 3 stars is that booking the second session has been really really difficult. She is some what slow to respond to emails to a point that I would suggest a date and not hear back until it was too late for my husband and I to request time off of work. She will not do weekend or evening sessions as she is currently remodeling her home so she reserves that time for weekend projects. Which is fine...except that literally it has been 9 months and we were supposed to have our session between 4-6 months. She has not tried to reach out to me again at this point. I have another friend who had a some what similar experience.

As a gift for Mother's Day (I rarely ask for anything from them) they were cooperative and Marlo made it very easy and an enjoyable and comfortable experience to get the photos done. She was very accommodating as we were all in town for a limited amount of time for a Baylor graduation. She was also incredibly flexible to make herself available when we were back in town later to select photos, and then went out of her way to deliver photos out of the area. However, on the day of delivery they were an hour late and delivered the wrong waterslide. I called immediately asking if the correct slide could be delivered and they told me it wasn't possible. Sadly, the slide we originally ordered matched our party theme while the one we were left with did not. When I called and emailed about a discount or refund they reluctantly (a week later) said they'd refund us $25 which is a joke considering the price we paid. When I tried calling to speak to someone they never picked up and never responded to any messages. I will not be using Waco Bounce House ever again, and will be telling my friends to avoid as well. I wish they would have made more of an effort to refund or even apologize for their mistake. Terrible customer service.

Then the driver delivering the slide hit my mailbox when backing out of my driveway. They owe me money and now I will have to take them to small claims court to get what is owed to me.
