Booked her for my daughter's graduation photo, did not get outside pictures, as promised. My daughter chose pictures and she complained that she had to spend more than the 1 hour allotted for choosing (even though we choose 20 pictures costing $4K). $4K was not worth the extra 10 minutes she needed to decide? Ungracious and worse experience of the 5 photographers I've hired in the past for my both of my daughters' high school, undergrad and graduate school graduation photos.

This photographer has completely unethical business practices. I paid her $1,000 for 4 digital…read moreimages of my daughter that I could print and share with family living out of state. Genetra knew my intention for the images, yet only provided me with low resolution social media images that are not printable. Not once in our discussions did she tell me the digital images cannot be printed. I am now out $1,000 with no prints. Trying to resolve this with her has only resulted in her demanding more money from me for the images to be printed. I now know of at least six other people she has done this to as well as increasing prices unexpectedly on clients. Do not hire this photographer. You'll regret it if you do.
