This location is in good condition and is kept very clean, even the exterior, including the gas pump areas. The interior is good sized, well laid out and well stocked with all the goods! Being a Twice Daily, you get the extra offerings of the brand from a self serve food and drink area as well. Gas prices are competitive for the area. They are higher than you would get closer to the city or farther south, but for Franklin/Brentwood, they are standard. While I have never taken advantage of it, they do offer a car wash here too. Overall, this Shell/Twice Daily is a nice addition to the Carothers Parkway area. I pop by when I am in the immediate area, which houses a few medical professionals I see.

My girlfriend takes her vehicle here and she recommended this shop to me. I brought my car in at 7:00 AM and left it there for them to work on. By 10:00 AM I received a call from Ben telling me the car was ready to be picked up. He gave me the total price for the repair over the phone and it was well under $500. In fact it was under $200. Also, while I was waiting for my Uber, there was a lady in the waiting room with me. She said she's known Ben for over 20 years and that she was Ben's son's teacher in grade school. She said that Ben is honest and kind. And she was absolutely right. When I picked up my vehicle, the A/C was blowing cold air and it was running smooth. It's unfortunate there are so many shops out there who rip off their customers by performing unnecessary repairs and giving false information. I am very thankful that I found Ben and his shop.
