The kitchen counters (Granite) and new sink and faucet were all of the highest quality also. They have their own professional counter installers which I never could have done myself since they were granite. They installed the under mount sink. I installed the fauctet. Home owner pride is evident throughout the estates. Every home is beautifully manicured and each street is lined with 3 alternating trees giving a sense of uniformity but with a diversity pleasing to the eye. Mailboxes are conveniently located at the entrance to the estates. There is a beautiful community center also at the entrance which can be rented by residents. My mother held both my 30th birthday party, my sisters' 40th birthday party and my brother's 30th birthday party at the center. It is equipped with a kitchen and foosball. There is also a great pool located at the community center that is protected by a lifeguard during opening hours. The pool has provided a wonderful oasis for my mother and her family on those hot summer days. Anyone looking to downsize their living should seriously consider Gypsum Mills. It is conveniently located off the thruway on a rolling gold course with walking trails and is easily accessible to downtown Victor but quietly tucked away into its own beautiful oasis.

I ended up doing it myself and it was easy just as he said. The price is reasonable too. I haven't used them for electrical issues but my relatives have and had very good luck with them.

Their workers are polite and attentive to detail. They have a digital system that tells you by text and email when and who is coming to do the work. And they call the provided number as well.

Outside, there are also a few restaurants and food spots. The Brainery hosts many of its food classes here. It's not a huge space, but it works perfectly for hands-on learning like pasta-making classes. Christina, the usual instructor, is excellent and always makes it fun. My only gripe is figuring out how to leave after 8 p.m.....it can be confusing which exit to take. Parking can also be a little tricky, but luckily I live nearby, so drop-off and pickup are easy for me. For most people, street parking, the lot, or rideshare will be the best bet.
