I have lived here for 16 years and don't really have any complaints. The office staff have always been helpful if I have had a question or need help with a problem on my lot. It's convenient to have the storage area for campers, utility trailers, etc. instead of having to store off-site....and no fee! The campers, etc. just have to have a current license and be road worthy. Everyone is very friendly and people seem to take a lot of pride in their yards with beautiful flowers and yard decorations. I, also, love that there is a mix of generations living here from folks in their 90's to families with young children (and their laughter)! I'm happy living here and look forward to any improvements/updates that the new Park owners may be planning! read more

Just a 2 1/2 year resident and very pleased with being here. The office staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The maintenance personnel take pride in the upkeep of the community areas as well as offering help with individuals lot responsibilities. With Twin Cedars new ownership, "Zombie" units are being replaced with modern units. We have successfully recommended Twin Cedars to acquaintances as a great place to live. read more
