Mailboxes are conveniently located at the entrance to the estates. There is a beautiful community center also at the entrance which can be rented by residents. My mother held both my 30th birthday party, my sisters' 40th birthday party and my brother's 30th birthday party at the center. It is equipped with a kitchen and foosball. There is also a great pool located at the community center that is protected by a lifeguard during opening hours. The pool has provided a wonderful oasis for my mother and her family on those hot summer days. Anyone looking to downsize their living should seriously consider Gypsum Mills. It is conveniently located off the thruway on a rolling gold course with walking trails and is easily accessible to downtown Victor but quietly tucked away into its own beautiful oasis.

Will try to find ANY excuses to kick you out of the park so they can scam you for your money and deposit. Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. Since this is a park issue because the pipe is inside the ground it is a problem on their end. They have temporarily fixed this with the same outcome. I still have to call them about the same problem currently. It has gotten so bad that water has backed up in my sinks and even flooded my bathroom on more than one occasion. So not happy!!!!!!!
