Slipped on the last stair getting ready for work. Nasty elbow fracture. From the surgeon all the way to P.T. I was well taken care of. They made sure I wasn't in pain, at least that they could control. I have nearly full range of motion and it rarely slows me down. The stitches look bad but the scar is almost invisible now. Thank you all very much!

After dealing with overuse knee issues and going to other Physical Therapists that never seemed to correct the issue I ended up here. After 3 years I am finely pain free and can run again after a month of physical therapy! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and the service I received. Thanks for giving me back a portion of my life I was missing! I would highly recommend to anyone having knee problems. Thanks again, Justin

I arrived, pleasant desk and asked to fill out part of information sheet as related to me injury. I was quickly directed to main floor desk for check in. Pleasant staff making me feel welcome .A nice waiting area to fill out my form. I waited 10 minutes, then escorted to treatment room. Tech asked me questions about my injury and took my temperature. Recorded our conversation and said doc would be right in. The waiting rooms so clean! Baseboards and walls like new. Exam table, chairs, desk with stool and quiet . I waited about 20 minutes for him, Dr Wissink. Great smile, personable, listened to my story, let me know he was going to record it for accuracy, felt the painful area. Recommended steroids and muscle relaxer with follow up orders IF I needed it for MRI and Physical Therapy. They called in my meds to my pharmacy. His associate followed up with a copy of my visit report. What started out as a day in pain only took me about an hour plus the drive to get a great resolution to my issue. Just outstanding!!! The icing on the cake? My meds were ready at my pharmacy by the time I got there. I had no idea there was urgent care for orthopedics Northland Plaza main floor to the left by escalators. I had been there to third floor for rehab after shoulder surgery two years ago. Parking was ample at the 8100 building in the ramp or on the grounds. Every time I go there I am impressed with the feeling of a clean beautiful lobby with information desk, gift shop and check-in desk. Staff amazing!!! Thank You Tria for a great experience. .

Instead by billing this as an office visit you are now out of network. When I inquired about why this was, they actually didn't care and reiterated they would bill my insurance as an office visit, even though my son was seen at an Urgent Care clinic. I will never use this facility again, even though I really liked the care we were given by the actual doctor. And I will also tell everyone NEVER to use this facility.

I was told I had to pay 7 days in advance, the amount remaining of my deductible / out of pocket expense. I paid the $4000.00 that was required out of my HAS account on 06-01-2026. The problem is this payment was never relayed to Medica. So to Medica, I still had the full amount of remaining out of pocket to meet. I am getting Medica EOBs and bills where I owe payment even though my early payment for the hip surgery brought me to within $100 of my max out of pocket. I now have the challenge of tracking all my other bills, EOBs and payments and then somehow convey those to Medica and to TCO Excel to figure how to get a refund for payments beyond my max out of pocket total. Taxes may be an issue if it cannot be refunded back into my HAS account (HSA account is tax differed). This is very frustrating. If I could go back, I would not have paid the up front money or would have gone a different route for my hip replacement and not use TCO Excel. I have had disk replacement in my back, the early surgery on my hip, and my wife had a hip replacement at other providers. No prepayment was required for those surgeries and billing was not as confusing or required effort on my part to track my payments.

"Dr." Sunny Kim took that all away for my dad. My dad: a man, father and "Bompa"(grandfather) who is honest, trusting and has gone above and beyond for his family and others his entire life. The fact that he unfortunately fell prey to this doctor is extremely sad and forever life changing. My dad is in his 70's and should have been considered a "high risk" patient and a consult should have taken place with his established primary care doctor before ever seeing him as a candidate for this level of surgery. None of this happened. If this was taken into account, I can guarantee the surgery would not have happened. In fact, the hospital where the surgery took place had "no idea" where his prior health records were. This protocol is part of ANY and EVERY surgery. I looked up the Core Ethical Standards (ABS/AAOS) for surgeons that have strict coding guidelines for procedures ( like any other "specialist") Why weren't they followed? 1) Patient-Centered Care- Surgeons must act in the patient's best interest. Did anyone ever discuss WORST case scenerio? You may never walk again, you will sleep sitting up and have no mobility, your independence will be close to nothing and your quality of life will forever change. Why isn't Dr.Kim held to this standard? 2) Integrity, safety and evidence, and professional care follow this. Everyone who has seen my dad, asks how does he "feel." He is a man of few words and his pain is a 10 out of 10! We are eager to learn what type of follow up care could possibly help my dad. It will be 1 year in Feb. since his surgery. How is this even possible? I highly encourage anyone considering this surgery to reevaluate and his advertising/commercials.They are misleading and false. Please consider a consult with a trusted medical provider. The alternative is permanent damage. Zero stars

I followed up with the clinic the next morning, yet by lunch, the orders still hadn't been sent so I followed up once again. It's now Saturday, and my husband has been left waiting in agony until Monday due to the clinic's lack of follow-through. This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If you need urgent, compassionate, or professional care, I STRONGLY ADVISE looking elsewhere.
