Harley was paid 50% down or $19,000 at the start of a project. He showed up for 2 hours, set up two sections of scaffolding then left. Harley subsequently said he could not do the work and pulled off the job. This is from July 2024. His last two companies His Stucco and Trowel Brothers also did the same based on other reviews. Harley and Izzy (or Elizabeth) Schwartz do not respond. Do not work with them or their businesses.
