The powered sites are typical and the grounds are fairly nice. However the intermittent stench of sewage coming from I'm not sure where was quite unpleasant. This is the reason why I have decided to write this review, because paying $32 a night for a powered campground site that stinks like crap is not cool with me. Also someone decided to spread their feces all over the men's bathroom. When I walk into the washroom facility to use it and noticed this I immediately went directly to the campground office and made the complaint about it. The young lady that was working that evening simply took a note and said I will leave it for maintenance. Now in my mind as the staff of the campground should she not have gotten the proper equipment necessary to clean up the mess for the rest of the campers to use the facility and not be disgusted by the display of one individuals ignorance. This obviously did not add a good feeling to the already smelling campground. So if you're planning on going camping to this facility do not bring your swim trunks because the water is so polluted with blue-green algae that I would not enter the water also bring a facemask and make sure you have your own toilet paper and lavatory. In other words I would not recommend going to this facility.

Everyone is seemingly staying long term, which comes with having a lot of belongings outside of every camper. Most all of the roads on the property are potholes and huge puddles. Wouldn't want to walk to the bathroom or main facilities because of all the water on the road to get there. They have one toilet stall in the bathroom, and the rest is paid shower stalls. There's a beach that's about 1 KM long and you can walk pretty far out in the water before it even reaches four feet high. Probably over 100 yards. In the beach is also a fairly new playground for the kiddes and behind the beach is room for camp grounds and trailers. It's not exactly a huge Lake/ Camp area but it's nice. It feels secluded too because there's trees around the whole area. Bathrooms were descent and I didn't ever have to wait in line. The woman's washroom has a shower too but the men's don't. Not sure why. There's also a Bible Camp that runs just near the Lake and is the turn off just before it so if you get lost you'll know pretty quick.

Garbage and droppings all over and in the lake. My heart sank like the old jeans in the lake as peered out onto it from the dock. Weeds as far as I could see. No one really cares for this lake anymore it's obvious. It's a shame. Firewood is $17/bag lasted us about 4.5hrs of burn time. You also need to get an plug adapter for the plug in if you rent an powered campsite. $20 deposit. On the positive side the staff were super friendly. The store is open 24 hrs and sells alittle of everything at not that big of mark up. The best part of the trip were the great friendly campers there. I'll be back in 5-10 years to see how much has changed but unfortunately it won't be to camp. Thanks for the moments I used to have Mink lake.

Natasha promised us a full refund but after a month of making excuses she only gave us a partial refund. We ended up taking them to court and was awarded our full refund plus an extra $600.00 in expenses. We found Natasha to be so nice and accommodating when trying to get us to sign a lease but she quickly turned into a rude and disrespectful person who has trouble with telling the truth.
