Visted on 4.9.21. This isn't a negative review more neutral. The credit card machine was down and it's cash only. After the 1st liquor store I went to was out of what I was looking for I tried here and it was in stock. The lady with the blue highlights had a bad vibe about them. Don't know what the deal was but I hope it gets better. Usually people say Hi or bye something. They talked to their co-worker or manager the whole time during the transaction. Stopped in to the Twin Liquors on our way to a get together. Don't know what I expected, but I was really impressed. This store is on the smaller side, but seems to have everything you could need--beer (IPAs, imports, domestics), wines, and liquor. Staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. It's a really clean and well kept store. I look forward to going back. read more

My favorite liquor store near me...the previous mgmt sucked...managers name was Paul I believe and a total jerk. But the new mgr Eric and his associates david and Danny are the best!!! I love their selection on all liquor and their customer service is great. read more

The rudest person behind counter ever . My daughter who is 26 myself 50 went in to purchase about 150$ worth of wine she was showing me was good. She did not have her license on her but I told him no I was buying and I had mine she was just showing me what to buy he said no it doesn't work that way. So I did not and will never purchase anything there again. read more

The absolute WORST customer service I've ever witnessed. The "man" that stands behind the counter was extremely rude to not only my mother and I but also to another group of customers in the store. I needed to drop my HEB next door and decided to try to find a couple of items I had been wanting to buy. Had recently been to a Culinaria event over the weekend and was looking forward to finding Austin Cocktails. Sure enough, they had what I needed, after some help from the person working behind the counter. I also picked up a great whiskey product I had experienced at a previous Yelp event some time ago. Too bad you can't pick 0 starts. I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop to get some wine. The guy at the counter was super RUDE. I believe his name is Danny. He laugh and my face and got mad when I confronted him about it. He was a total asshole. (Excuse my words) and after all of this he did not allow my friend to purchase her wine. Service here was horrible the man on register didn't catch his name but had glasses and a beard was super rude and didn't even help us when we asked him to direct us to a certain bottle. When it was time for us to pay he was really rude in boxing up our order and seemed more interested in talking to the women who was just standing on the side talking about what he was going to do tonight.
