I asked them to estimate the amount of time it would take to do the repair and the plumber said 1.5 hours. I said go ahead with the job given that time estimate. It took him 28 minutes to do the work and the total job was $788 (including the part). What a rip off. That's over $900 per hour labor rate. I called the manager to discuss this bill asking for a slight discount given that the work took significantly less than the estimate and they said sorry no discount. I will never use them again! Absolute rip off of a company.
