I made the groomers aware and asked this to stop and can I go help him so he wouldn't be scared of slick floor. By this time, it was too late, but they went and tried to help. His assigned groomer could not do his appointment because now all the sudden he is unable/scared to stand. Even she, drug him across the floor until I said to stop. At this point, a young man working picked him up and placed in my vehicle. He is still in my car after an hour, so if their employees have hurt our dog, I can assure the fact that our attorneys will be in contact with the company as well as the two ladies who drug him along with the Store Manager Nick Esprela.

We went over the cut I wanted and she payed attention to detail showing me what the lengths and what not would look and feel like-which I've never had anybody do- and I loved that. When I picked up Mercedes she was in great spirits and looked so amazing! Cheryl loves dogs !!! At every visit she asks if there is anything different I want done or if there is any new health issues. I chose her because she doesn't use the neck noose that most groomers use where the dog cannot sit without being choked. She uses a sling that is more comfortable for the dogs, especially older dogs.She uses a large play area for just my fur baby when she is done. As the owner of Paw Print Essentials, she does all the grooming there . She was tired of other groomers not preforming to her standards. I am in shock that there could be any bad reviews for PawPrint Essentials. Her own fur baby always looked beautiful . Not a hair out of place, and always happy as is mine after her visit.
