The salon is clean and very trendy in a super classy way! Lorie has opened me up to many new fun selfcare rituals :) things I would never have tried without her. I have had lash extensions, my lash&brows dyed, lash perm, custom blended make-up (so cool!)... I also enjoy my time with Haley... facials and spray tans! My daughter sees Hannah and gets her eyebrows waxed. I love the shopping, the special events and atmosphere. H&M turned out to be amazing on wedding day - We had 10 people getting hair and makeup done and 2 makeup artists, 2 hair stylists, and 1 person that did both. They were fast and everyone loved their hair and makeup which is all I could have asked for. Twist+Co was less expensive than some of the other companies in the area, and I think the other ones wouldn't have bene worth paying extra for - We were very happy. Lalli gave my mom and I a blowout the day before for the rehearsal and we loved her. She also gave me an updo on wedding day. Audy was also really good at hair! Georgia and Macey both did makeup for us and they are equally great! I'd recommend all of them! My only complaint would be that working with Kaylee (manages Twist+Co email) was frustrating at times. She wouldn't tell us who on the team was available on our date and what their instagram/styles were like so we could choose who we wanted. So you end up being a bit blind to that, but everyone we had was great so I shouldn't have stressed too much about that. read more

Lori has been doing my lashes for over 7 years now and is hands down the best in the lash business! I go for a more natural look (brown with some black mixed in) because I'm not into the black caterpillar lash look. If you want beautiful and NATURAL looking lashes she's you're go to. My hairstylist, Georgia, was so sweet and did a beautiful job on my hair for my wedding day! She showed up early for the appointment time and had all of her tools set up, heated, and ready to go. The day-of went very smooth and my hair held for the entire day. She did go a little over the estimated time so make sure you plan for a buffer. Georgia deserves a 5-star rating. The reason for my low rating is that the administrative employee in charge of scheduling, booking and billing for the services was so unfriendly. There's no direct communication with the stylists until the day of services so everything is channeled through this employee. She responded quickly to each email, which was appreciated, but she had a terrible attitude and made me feel like I was bothering her. A month after the wedding I emailed multiple times asking about when she would return my deposit with no response. I finally received a venmo notification that it was returned but she never responded to my email. She really took away from what should have been a fun experience and made it unenjoyable. I really don't recommend this business for this reason. read more

I can not speak for all who work for Twist but, I had a horrible experience with one of the newer esthetician. As a new client, I did not receive a proper consultation. When I was trying to communicate and ask question, I got a blank stair & little advice. While struggling to learn & determine what style was best suited for me, the appointments became more unsettling & uncomfortable. I was hoping things would get better & they never did. I would not say that we were a bad fit, it was more so an unprofessional experience. When a paying client feels like the person working on them feels like they're doing you a favor... Very uncomfortable. Also, when the person working on you is talking about you outside of the business... a breach of client privacy. Very unprofessional. read more

Brooke did my makeup for my wedding this weekend and it was absolutely stunning!! I felt so beautiful and the makeup lasted ALL night, even through tears and dancing. She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She was open to any changes I requested and suggested colors that were best for me. Everyone thought it looked flawless, including me!! Twist is amazing! I originally booked with them for hair and makeup for my wedding back in April. I had my lashes done by Lorie the month before so that I would have them for my bachelorette party. Now we're into November and she's still doing my lash fills... I love them! I get compliments on them all of the time and I just love being able to roll out of bed and be ready to go with minimal makeup because of those gorgeous lashes :) I also look forward to my fills because of the vibe that Lorie and Brooke have created: Their place is SO cute/beautiful/relaxing!! Brooke did my makeup for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier! We went through a trial so that on the big day it was just perfect. She is so fun and easy to work with! Robin (from Wild and Free) is fantastic and did my hair exactly how I had pictured it! I felt like a princess and of course all of my bridesmaids looked stunning. We had such a fun, memorable time getting ready together and the girls from Twist are phenomenal.
