We went in at the end of the day and they delivered the box spring to our house the very next morning. When we made a measuring error and the box spring was a hair shy of fitting up the stairs they brought us a split box spring in exchange in less than an hour. We were blown away with the service at every step. The staff in the store, the delivery people and the owner were wonderful. Huge thanks!
