I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place…read more I ordered through their website, which was super easy and they offer 10% off although I forgot to use the promo code! They offer a number of different options for roti, dosa and other Indian snacks and options. I walked up to the counter a couple minutes after ordering and they said my order was supposed to be for 6:30 and it was only around 6:10 but they got it to me promptly, I only waited around 5 minutes. The people working there were friendly although my experience with the service was very limited. The place is super cool looking, almost reminds me of a subway or Quiznos so super casual but brightly painted, modern and fun. Now for the food! I ordered a butter chicken roti on the regular roti with mild spice level, I also got a side of Raita. The meal came with some amazing freebies, a gulab jamun and some crispy chip puffs! I loved these small touches. The butter chicken roti was massive and amazing. The sauce was rich but not overly so, bursting with flavour and spice (but not spicy), and the large chunks of chicken were moist and plentiful. This was quite possibly the best butter chicken I've ever had! The roti was also good, chewy and a perfect vessel for the saucy butter chicken. I ate about 3/4 of it and was totally beyond stuffed. I think a person with a regular or smaller appetite could share this with another person. I kept eating even though I was stuffed and still couldn't finish it. The free chips and gulab jamun were also super tasty! Overall this spot is awesome for tasty Indian treats. I'm super excited to try other items, from roti to dosa, I have a feeling this will be a regular spot for me!

It's known for using the traditional dum pukht slow‑cooking method, which brings out deep, rich flavours in dishes like biryani and curries. The space is cozy yet refined, making it a comfortable spot for anything from a casual dinner to a special night out. The menu offers a wide range of options, including vegetarian choices and allergy‑friendly dishes, all made with fresh, high‑quality ingredients. We ordered "Broccoli Steak Mustard Glaze " for appetizer, "Dal Panchratni" and "Chicken Tikka Masala" for main and paired our meal with "Tropical Oasis" and "Sex on the Beach". We finished our meal with "Nest Rasmalai" for dessert. Our food was flavorful and beautifully served. The staff are friendly and attentive.

A couple of cocktails got our evening started, before ordering from a menu of dishes being featured for the evening. Here's what we had: * Broccoli Soup * Lasooni Tangdi (Chicken) * Lamb Nawabi * Dum Pukht Veg Biryani * Goan Curry Fish * Laal Maas (Goat Curry) * Garlic Naan * Shai Tukda (Dessert) The food was pretty good, with rich flavours, bright colours, and attractive presentation, especially the dessert, with foggy dry ice creating a nice aesthetic. I also had the chance to photograph other dishes. Everything looked great! Service was understandably slow for a packed house but live performers kept us entertained, with dancers and a musician circulating through the dining room. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening out with a friend. 4.5/5.0

Desi Pakawan stood out the most and we were not disappointed. We ordered butter chicken, shrimp biryani and two orders of naan to share (just enough for 2 girls). Ample seating and even outdoor patio seating with string lights adding to the ambiance. I love the Chicken 65. It's tangy and very appetizing. All the curries I had were delicious. I tried the coconut chicken curry (has a bit of a kick) and also at another occasion the cashew curry for takeout, which was recommended by the staff. I think I preferred the cashew curry a bit more and it's less spicy too. It's also halal too if it matters to you. I would definitely recommend as there so many different type of curries and hakka dishes to try. Staff was also very friendly. It was late into the evening when I came in and ordered takeout and waited. The staff made small talk with me while I waited and even voided the tip, which is rare in the service industry these days.

I loved the freshly made samosas. The tandoori platter was the highlight of the meal for me as each type of meat was cooked so well, full of their distinct flavors but still moist and tender. It came in a sizzling smoking hot to the table and we devoured it. The two curries were also delicious, but were overshadowed by my love of the tandoori.
