They would not take the return they said I had to mail it or they could give me a store credit but they could not return my money.. I was within the 7 day window of returns. They just do not want to give your money back. What a scam! BUYER BEWARE! The return policy online is only 7 days and 14 days for store credit. It saus nothing about having to only mail it. They have lost a customer. I will never buy from them again.

Visited again this last weekend on a one night stay. They had Cinch Jesse jeans; something I haven't even seen in a big box western store like Cavender's with dozens of locations across Texas. SO, I tried them on. They passed the all important GF's a** check. Didn't need them right away; but at least I know she's gonna like them. Their quality control is literally non-existent or this would have been caught. They've based their entire model on importing Chinese made clothing as cheaply as possible while charging as much as possible but have skipped customer service and quality control. If you have an issue I suggest you take it straight to your credit card company, their customer service is so abysmal I'm shocked that they're in business honestly.
