Mike D has now done 3 of my tattoos, one piercing, and I plan on returning for more! He listens to my idea and makes it happen, he suggests changing things that will affect the tattoos life (size, placement, etc.), he has a steady hand and he's not heavy handed at all! Twizted needle tattoo ship in Cheyenne. I'm all about supporting business. I've been a loyal customer of this tattoo shop for almost 4 years now. I've gotten 3 tattoos there and a few piercings. I recently booked an appointment to get another tattoo. I explain to Ricky what I wanted where I wanted it and everything. He said he could do it he gave me a rough estimate on price and then told me that I needed to put a deposit down to keep my slot. I had no problem with this so I asked him how much the deposit was and what email to send it to you through PayPal. He never answered those questions, and since all the other times I went and booked with him he never asked for a deposit I didn't think it was a big deal. Yesterday I messaged him just to ask if I still had my slot since he never gave me the information for a deposit. He told me that I had in fact lost my spot and that it was all my fault and if I truly cared I should have just messaged me again for the information. Now I'm not type of person that likes to bug people a bunch of times and since he never asked for a deposit with all my other appointments I assumed he wouldn't write me off since I've been there several times. I do not think that I should have to nag A business for information so I can give you business. I understand people get busy and businesses get a lot of messages but Don't you think a good business owner doesn't just ignore your questions when you ask for information the first time. I was disappointed and I told him that and after I had done so he blocked me on Facebook. And now their Facebook page will not let me review things will not let me like their items will not let me comment. I'm just saying if you're looking to get a good tattoo they're great but if you want to be treated like a human and receive decent customer service I would go somewhere else read more
