At my last appointment on 7/5, I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, 8/2 which is the day before my surgery. However, my work schedule came out and I needed to reshedule as my work hours conflict with my appointment. Krysta told me if I needed to reschedule that would not be a problem. Well it is a problem for some reason to reschedule. Either she is off that day or can't fit me in anywhere else. How hard can it be to fit in a 5 minute appointment. Krysta spends about 5 minutes or less with me to work on my chin. I would say maybe 10 minutes with the time spent to pay for the session and reschedule. But Krysta can't find a few minutes to work me in. That is poor customer service and does not make anyone want to return to your clinic.
