I give Moving U a call this morning, and now all of sudden they aren't able to do the move due to a new policy that only allows them to do local moves. So now I am one week from my targeted move date and have to come up with a plan B. Kaleb is no longer with the company, and I didn't get any communication about this new policy prior. Very, very upsetting. If I didn't call this morning to confirm everything and setup my deposit I doubt they would have called me to communicate anything.
