Prices are very fair and the workmanship far excelled my expectations. Nolan is very kind, and patient and worked with me to get done what needed to be done to make the house livable, he and his staff went above and beyond to make my town house a place I will come to enjoy. All work completed on my home is excellent and good old fashioned quality. Nolan went out of his way to make sure that the doors & windows that needed to be replaced were exactly what I wanted; when a door didn't look exactly as Nolan had envisioned, he replaced the door with a door he knew I would like. It is difficult in this day and age to find someone as ethical. There were many things that Nolan and his staff did for me that were not in his bid, always taking the work the extra mile. One day I forgot to put my dog in her kennel; when I cam home the guys had taken her out to do her business and put her in the kennel for me. They were the only company that was…read morewilling to actually try to work with us to get the roof replaced by insurance where other companies were 50/50 on whether the damage was "enough" to get a claim filed. After coming out and looking at the roof they said for sure it would be a claim and worked to get it pushed through. Day of the job they came out and were very efficient in the work they did, even when they had to get some new plywood to fill in areas on the roof where the previous roofers had not filled the sheathing all the way to the facia boards which created a slight delay but they were still able to get the whole roof done in the course of one day. After they left we found a couple nails here and there (which is to be expected) and thought their clean up was excellent when you think of how many thousands of nails they had to pull from the previous roof they were replacing. Very happy with the work they have done and the extra leg they went working with the insurance side of things to get our nearly 30 year old 3 tab roof replaced with very nice looking upgraded and updated IKO architectural shingles.

We knew we would need to replace the roof back then due to the age (approaching 20 years). We received an estimate but it was mentioned they thought we had pock marks indicating hail damage. Even though we had had a hail adjuster look at the roof a year or two prior, they recommended we contact the insurance company again. And yes - this time when the adjuster looked we had hail damage and qualified for a new roof. Roof replacement took place during one of the heavier outbreaks of COVID-19. Why Wait Roofing was patient with the supply chain issues, our insurance company, and the entire process as we balanced out the roof replacement time schedule to be the least disruptive to the hectic essential worker schedules of multiple family members. Two years later when we needed to change to a new home owner's insurance policy, Why Wait Roofing provided us with copies of the roofing invoices for the new insurance company. Just recently with the wet spring weather, we called and they came to look at our shed (next to the house) to make sure there weren't any shed roofing issues that were possibly the root cause of some puddling in our basement. They installed siding on my house in 2014. In 2018 some siding came undone near the peak of my…read morehouse in 15 mph wind. They would not stand behind their work and charged me $125 to fix it. They stated that they only have a two year warranty. If it had been installed correctly in the first place it would not have come loose in 15 mph wind.... I'd highly recommend finding a different siding company that can install siding correctly so that you don't have to deal with this.
