Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. He got right to work too. He listening to my concerns, strategized the best options, and together we formulated a plan of attack. But what was really great was that he kept checking in with us along the way, confirming he should continue. Real talk: it's expensive AF ($700 per hour). But they get the job done. Advice (and this is on their website too): work preventative measures as much as you can so you don't have to donate a kidney for their services. (I now "rake" my roof every time it snows... which is so. annoying. but it keeps the Ice Dam Man... Guys... away) If you're in need of their services they are the real deal. The team they sent to my home had to come back a second time because they did not clean the gutters on the left side of the house, and they were still willing to invoice me at the full amount of $212 when the job wasn't fully completed. Additionally, each time the team came to my property, they conducted themselves very unprofessionally and also left damages to my property and were negligent. They broke two of my gutter guards and left one on the ground and another one loose on the top of the house where I can't reach it. They left gutter debris around the house. They also pulled a gutter loose at the top of the house and there appears to be roof damage. My neighbor who runs a daycare also told me that she saw the team try to put their ladder against my north facing window and she had to tell them to move it for fear that it would break the window. The team seemed to lack the proper training and behaved in a very juvenile manner with no regard or consideration for the damages they caused. I reported this to management while also providing photographic evidence, and I received a response stating that I would still need to pay at least half of the invoice because they came out two times- even though the reason they came out a second time was because they didn't complete their job correctly the first time. All and all, I am very dissatisfied with this company and their performance. I seriously considered taking it to small claims court to receive restitution for the physical damages to my property. I would not recommend this company's services to anyone for any reason given my terrible experience.
