What started out as needing our backyard "lake" addressed in our West Wildwood property, ended up being a full make over without any regrets. Originally I asked Phil about getting a load of sand & dirt to fill in our yard in hopes of ending our lack of drainage issues. Upon realizing this would not be the answer I turned to Phil for suggestions. One of my best decisions ever made! His crew, (Mike & Christian) filled in the yard with stones for drainage, dirt and sand to raise our property approximately 5 inches. They added decorative/drainage rock to the more susceptible areas to catch the water and filled an area under the elevated deck with decorative river rock. Phil and crew were very easy to work with and reliable. I continued on with Phil & his crew as they sodded the property. Since completion of this project we have had a couple storms with substantial downpours along with normal high tides without even a puddle within our "new" yard! Thanks for your ideas, labor, and "results". We aren't done yet! Next and final will be grass dunes added for an easy maintenance garden! Lol read more

Our rhododendron needed trimming badly and the crew came today and it looks amazing, they knocked it out of the park, nice job guys !

They did concrete work for my 60-yr-old, small beach cottage ; we extended our back patio and totally re-did the front porch (removing the old & pouring new). They took care of the property like it was their own with patience & attention to detail. They'd do whatever was asked always with the words, "Not a problem, I'll take care of it for you". They cleaned up everything and when they left it was like they weren't even there. LOVED working with Juan ... his craftsmanship is superb. We needed some landscaping and some construction work done at our house. I contacted 5 business - 2 showed. After an interview and review of their estimates, we selected Woodland Landscaping to do both since the owner is also a licensed contractor. We were very satisfied with his company's workers, their since of pride in completing tasks, their respectfulness interacting with us. They arrived when they said they would arrive and worked until 5 or 6 just to complete that days goal. The owner would visit the site and speak with us and gather our feedback about the project. The landscaping was the easier of the work they did for us. We have a detached garage that in need of major work - rehabilitation was an option. Friends strongly recommended "tear it down and build a new one". We new this was cost prohibited on our fixed budget. But with Phil and his knowledgeable staff on concrete and foundations, construction and building, we are glad we did not tear it down. The structure compliments the main house, a major reason for not rebuilding but rehabbing. Excellent work. Woodland will be our go-to business first to see they can meet our needs.
