    I made an appointment to have my heat pump serviced. I was told someone would probably be there…read morearound 9am, but it might end up being later. I spent the entire day at home waiting. No one ever arrived. I called to inquire as to why. I was told that my appointment had been bumped until the next day. When I asked if they would typically call to let someone know that they were going to miss an appointment, I was told, "Sometime's....but not usually". Zero attempt at customer service. I will not be using Jordan's again.

    Originally called to deal with a significant water leak from the furnace - it seemed as though the…read moreline was blocked and the pump would not work properly. He was present for no longer than 5 minutes, spent no time discussing the issue with an automatic assumption based on the appointment complaint, and failed to adequately assess the situation by getting the history of the problem. He switched out the condensate pump and claimed to assess the quality of the line and charged $150 ($85 for his time and $70 for the pump). Shortly after "fixing" the issue, continued to have leak even during winter months - again appeared it was the line not originally fixed. Upon returning, spent 5 minutes tops, again did not obtain any significant history of the problem, walked in with an automatic assumption, blew through the line and charged another $85 saying it was the line - the problem we thought it was from the beginning. Frankly speaking, we disagree strongly with his original assessment. We had another plumber from another company come out between the two visits to assess the situation as we felt he never fully fixed the original problem. He agreed that the full problem was never fully fixed and in his words, "Jordan's was just out here and should come to resolve the issue without expectant payment - if he does, I wouldn't use him again." We felt Jordan's spent little time to obtain a significant history of the problem thus inadequately addressing the problem in the first place. He disregarded our displeasure of his customer service, diagnostic approach, time spent, and double billing for what we feel should have been fully assessed during his first visit. Of course, at this point, it's his word versus ours so we paid the bill, but we want others to avoid the situation entirely if they can.
