We used Two Men and a Truck (Johnathan's crew) for our move in August, and we are still dealing with the aftermath. Our Sleep Number bed -- less than a year old -- was damaged during the move. We were told the part was "rotted," which makes no sense on a nearly new bed. We had to contact Sleep Number ourselves to order the replacement part, and on numerous occasions Johnathan promised to come fix the issue. Each time, he failed to show up. This past Thursday was the last straw -- yet another no-show, no communication, and still no working bed months later. The move itself might have seemed fine on the surface, but the lack of accountability and follow-through has been unacceptable. Between the damage, the excuses, and the repeated broken promises, this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences we've ever had. I would not recommend this company, especially if you're moving valuable or newer furniture. read more

Scared of a little work...really only needed one man with a truck. Too scared to move bed, couch and table from a second floor apartment without checking out the safety of the apartment. The unit passed a City of Flowood inspection but not a "Mom" inspection. Should have not said anything and watched to see if they even noticed the skunk smell in the 10 minutes it would have taken to move the 3 items. read more

Horrible service! Well I guess you can say no service! They were initially scheduled for Friday! Never heard anything so when we called they said they tried calling us numerous times. Initially the individual that I spoke with was Ryan good guy on the surface a professional. However once dealing with the finance department or billing, they charge your car without giving you prior notice after the job is complete. They don't know whether you're going to use the same payment method. I've been out of state for several months and was unaware of how bad the situation was at home until I arrived there and found a mountain of boxes that made absolutely no sense. Damage refrigerator boxes stacked on top of one another. The boxes reached the ceiling. Then they had the audacity to put a air condition unit on top of a clearly marked fragile box with a shattered glass to indicate that it really was fragile. Electronics everything lumped in bathroom it was just a mess. Trying to find equipment that was lost or possibly stolen. Upon contacting the company regarding this matter they said and I quote you're outside of your window to file a claim. But there is always social media. This is why I'm exercising the right to say this and warn someone else of the catastrophe that awaits them. I could go on but I think I need to provide pictures. read more

I cannot express enough how much I appreciated these guys. The office staff I talked to was so friendly, and they helped set up a rather difficult move for me. I actually had two different trucks with two sets of crew on the same day go to different locations. Both sets were fast and cheerful; they were some of the kindest people I have ever met. They did not damage anything, and they did not complain once, even though we had multiple sets of stairs they had to climb with very heavy furniture. I would 100% recommend them! read more

Update. Now that I got my furniture out of storage, really see how bad a job they did in packing, found glass containers and light bulbs thrown in a box not wrapped. Also found socks in garage stuff, kitchen stuff in garage stuff and stuff left in drawers. Because they forgot about garage storage room, they threw stuff on the back of their truck and into the storage container. They were in a hurry to get to their next job not caring how well they did in existing job. Now, dealing with broken items and trying to find stuff as many boxes not labeled. NEVER, NEVER WOULD I USE AGAIN. read more

Be careful!! They go over estimate and do NOT provide revised before job complete even though their paperwork says they must. It took 3 hours for two men to move 6 pieces of furniture. They took mirror of dresser and bed apart (moved mattress box springs and footboard) and an entertainment center top off ( made it two pieces). They moved it about 6-7 miles to different house and didn't reassemble what was taken apart except for entertainment center (that was at my request). It took 3 hours!!!! Cost $385, 6 pieces of furniture, one bedroom. I would not not recommend moving an entire house full. The workers were very slow. When complained to company, Chris Fontenot, blew me off and asked if I told them to hurry. I don't feel like that is my responsibility if they are a trustworthy place of business!!! read more

NO, ""we" have not together come up with a solution.You are trying to get us to accept a piece of furniture that no longer has the value it did when you picked it up. One that you have damaged not once, but twice and then brought it as "fixed" and the drawers would not fit. Any one who builds furniture would know that he would need the drawers. Plus, it no longer looks the same. The integrity of the furniture is gone. So PLEASE do not say WE have solved this issue. read more

my experience with two men was less than satisfactory. it took 8 hours to move my one bedroom apartment in 15 minutes away. The movers did not wrap any of my furniture. they also packed for me, but they failed to mark the contents on any of the boxes they packed. Two pieces of furniture were broken in process of the move. I tried to negotiate a discounted price, but could not reach a satisfactory agreement with the management. If you are moving, I suggest you go with someone else. read more

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. STAY AWAY!!!! During the process of them moving items out of my house before leaving one of the men asked to use my restroom. And me not even thinking that I had valuables laying on the counter (HUGE MISTAKE ON MY PART) When I did remember my Rolex watch laying on the counter and ran to the restroom to check and see if it was still there and of course it was gone. My boyfriend and I confronted the guy at the storage unit and he denied all claims. I had to file a police report and I'm praying that it turns up at a near by pawn shop. So disappointed and really angry with myself. read more
