Once in awhile you come across people that make an impact on you or your life that you just have to write about. In solidifying why you should listen and validate my thoughts and beliefs, let me just start by saying I've spent 30 years in the Military as a @#%*+*$&@ Operator, speak 5 different Languages, been in Hostile areas across the World more times than I can count and have come across good and bad people on every Continent. Do you hear me Now? So Personally, I think I'm as close to being an expert on Personalities and Behaviors as it gets without the Official Brooks Brothers Sheepskin hanging on the wall in my Office or Home. Now to my story. In calling and then Emailing Two Twins Storage( 13 S Main Street, Smithton, IL, 6285, 618-233-2223) one evening, I was pleased to having being first introduced to Val and Doug. The two of them listened to my entire story, I'm sure with confusion and anxiety to say the least, and without hesitation, both, sought out the (How's) can we help you, not the (Why's) should we help you. There Professionalism, Patience, and Attention to Detail, I'm sure, went will beyond there or anyone else's scope of Expected Business Practices and Procedures. Yet, neither one of them flinched in there driven position of nothing less than resolution and completion. Ladies and Gentlemen, you don't see this everyday! For Val and Doug to 1. receive a call out of the Blue, 2. to almost immediately react to someone in need, 3. a stranger, 4. from out of the state, 5. treat them with the respect you want yourself; you just can't make this story up. I'll let you fill in the blanks as to my approval, admiration, and appreciation for them both.
