My hair feels soft and smelled great. The service itself was not relaxing for me and my mom, as the employees spent the majority of the session talking. I was also bothered by the fact that people were entering into the room throughout the session to chat with the employees completing our service and my mom is very modest, so this bothered her. The concentration between hair/facial/body isn't evenly split so the hands/feet were quickly completed and not given the attention or time I feel they deserved. I have gone to multiple spas and for an expensive service, I honestly expected more. Update: 05-12-2026 They reached out and offered $80 off my $400 service as a way to reconcile for issues during service.
