My 350th review go to this lovely massage suite owned by Ms Sharlita I had a very important ports in nursing license ship exam and I wanted to be as relaxed as possible so I quickly realized that the massage was definitely in order I am a southsider and I don't feel like going to the north side spa services or going downtown and looking for parking in order to get a quality service Yelp definitely has is Perks of being able to get insight and perspective that fit your needs I found the massage suite and I looked at the miles away and noticed that it was in Orland which is awesome for me is it a clear shot from a home I called and the owner actually picked up the phone I didn't have to leave a message or wait around I told her exactly what I needed and and why I needed it and she told me that she would definitely fit me in which was the Monday before my exam We quickly Exchange number she text me as soon as she was available we mutually agreed on a price and it was definitely what I was looking for for an hour of service I definitely didn't want to deep tissue massage so we agreed that we would go with the Swedish massage I got there in the nick of time found parking found her massage Suite she's very professional she lets you know what you need to do to get the best for your money for it starting on time getting undress quickly so she can go ahead and start her magic When I tell you that was the best massage I have received in a very very long time my last move the massage was around my birthday in Florida and it lacked and I had to stop and ask her what type of massage was that because it definitely wasn't a Swedish massage and she told me that it was more of a tailored massage she noticed that I had not several Kinks and felt my area of sciatica she focused there she focused on my neck she focused my back my goodness I rarely fall asleep on the massage table that I'm not comfortable cuz you're are half-naked in the environment but I dozed off several times I was so relaxed her hands are like angels I felt so good the next day I aced my exam so I appreciate her and her services and fitting me in I didn't leave her too much flexibility because I needed it so soon but we worked it out the price was wonderful I actually gave her $10 more because she Taylor Made it that massage just for me 5 stars read more

I'm one of those people that don't write many reviews but I just HAD to. It was my first visit seeing Sharlita and I also got in kinda last minute and it was the best massage I've ever had and I have had many. She helped all my problem areas and some that I didn't know I needed which really only comes from an experienced professional & it gave me a ton of relief. I felt like I was getting what my muscles needed vs going there only to simply relax. She definitely cares & knows what she's doing and made me feel completely renewed & I really appreciate that. None compared to Sharlita's at the Massage Suite in Orland Park. She knew all the areas that were tense and applied the proper techniques to alleviate the knots. I can't say enough about my experience with Sharlita yesterday at The Massage Suite! With all that's going on in the world with COVID-19, I like most people have been on edge and tightly wound,so this massage was much needed and well overdue. For 90 min I was able to relax in a VERY clean environment. She wore her mask and explained her cleaning method before asking my to get ready for my massage to insure I felt safe . Of course we both washed our hands before she began. She was very professional and found problem areas in my back that I didn't know I had. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. She was completely unwilling to work with my schedule and treated me as if I were a complete monster for attempting to schedule a message within the two weeks before my Groupon expired. She repeatedly stated how it was actually my fault for waiting until the last minute (I bought a Groupon and ended up with a bunch of crazy life events that distracted me from these type of things until my app reminded me). Someone like this is obviously only out for greed- because while she was absolutely unwilling to work with my schedule or accept the Groupon at the appointment if I couldn't rearrange my work schedule to accommodate her, she was more than willing for me to pay more money and just deduct the cost of the Groupon. Honestly had she not been so rude and accused me of just waiting until the last minute in such a nasty tone I probably would have. She also openly admitted she made exceptions for other people but didn't want to for me. read more

Sharlita is the best. I went there the first time thinking it was a one-time thing and now I would never consider leaving her. I go every 3 or so weeks and look forward to each appointment. My first review will go to the Massage Suite! I have been using Yelp for many years to find out the ends and outs of many businesses, strolling through pictures, viewing reviews, looking for hours of operation etc. Since I have gained so much from yelp I think it's a great idea to finally give back! I have been suffering with lower back and neck pain for the last few months now. I went to orthopedic doctor and received injections in my spine only for the pain to return. Then I went to a Chiropractor and although the pain went away temporarily it eventually returned two weeks later. Fast forward to today I am primarily pain free and less stressed! Sharlita not only gave me several massages she gave me exercises to strengthen my neck and back. Sharlita has a wealth of information and is very knowledgeable of her craft. Some of the services that I have had at the massage suite are 60 minute massage, hot stone massage, cupping massage, as well as a deep tissue massage. I've been to the massage suite twice and I have to say both experiences were great! Sharlita really tries to understand where you are experiencing pain and targets those areas. She tries to understand what is it that causes pain in those area and gives recommendations on how to possibly prevent future pain from happening in those areas. One word for The Massage Suite... PHENOMENAL! I've had the good fortune of getting massages in some of the country's top spas, where menu prices easily top $300-$400 so I know what a great massage looks and feels like. I can say without a doubt that Sharlita's skills as a masseuse are on par with those found in bigger establishments! Her suite is tastefully appointed with everything you'd want in a massage environment...dimly lit room, comfy table, hot towels, aroma therapy and great music. I would suggest getting the 90 minute massage because the 60 minute would go by WAY too fast... you'd probably end up trying to extend it but she keeps a full schedule and for good reason. I got the Swedish Massage and was just about ready to doze off about thirty minutes into the session but I fought it just so I could fully enjoy the experience. As it turned out, the massage was so good that I eventually ended up snoring on her table! She does a great job of making you feel relaxed and just downright comfortable.
