After we started living in the house, we found numerous problems. As I am not able to change my rating on their site, I feel some responsibility to let people know what they can expect from working with this company. Be forewarned that Gary loosely supervises his crew and will often use them rather than more skilled professionals specially trained in roofing, for example. So you won't have any type of warranty with him, and you may have problems, as we did. Based on the opinions of people we knew for whom he previously worked, we thought we could count on him to stand behind his work. He did, at first. Then it took longer and longer to get a response. It took four months and 3 tries for his crew to fix a leaking skylight that didn't leak until he replaced the roof. He finally had to call a real roofer to fix it. The first time I went to clean the guest bathroom, the water wouldn't come out the tub spout, only the shower. Turns out his contractor put the valve in upside down. I could go on. After awhile, he ghosted us, leaving us to resolve the remaining issues ourselves.
