William Del Augila or Billy the Barber (his business name) at Tyler's is the best. His gentle but firm touch is just right. The beard trim was just as I asked, shaped perfectly for my face. A coworker asked me where I got it (when I do it myself it's like a buzz cut for my face). The head shave was comfortably speedy, not a single cut or nick. He is OK with silence or can freely dialog with you. He is everything I look for in a Barber. The Atmosphere at Tyler's Barber shop is friendly and comfortable. If William wasn't available, I would happily get my trim from either of the other professionals working there. Tyler's wife booked me on what would have been his break. But I was able to get there in under 5min's and was in and out in no time! He has no problem navigating my bumpy head of fine hair with cowlicks. I only wish I had more time to get the full shave treatment... Next time! When you go; his shop is down below the upper businesses. You'll need to drive around back from one of the side streets. But that's no problem. Friendly service with great results! Okay I seems to be giving away my stars lately..... but when someone hits every level of quality of service well.... ya kinda have to say it like it is.... Tyler gave me a cut and beard trim in such a way that I left so happy I could not wait to make it back to get another cut!!!! BUT!! He did such a good job I won't need to.... but will want to come back more often!!! I would say Covid is forcing him to provide singular quality service but I don't believe that to be the case.... I can tell he is the same now as he was before and will be the same no matter what happens!!! Truly the best.... Absolute worst barber experience we have ever had!!! My son had hair that was about 7 to 8 inches long. Asked to have it cut just a few inches and left shaggy. So, it should have been left around 4 or 5 inches long after cut. Showed Tyler a picture of how he wanted it. Well, when we left, it was only an inch long all around and a little long on top. He Literally cut off ALL of my sons cute long curly hair!! Not the way my son wanted to start his senior year or get his senior pictures tomorrow. We will never return and we will never recommend!!
