My sister let me know about Valmy and his team and I'm so impressed with the professionalism. Valmy is so patient answering all of the questions that come with purchasing a home (apparently the rules are different when its a second home and it's considered an "investment property"). Bottom line, if you want a realtor who will be incredibly patient with your questions and all the homes you want to tour, Valmy is the way to go. Always pleasant, knows the ins and outs about Missouri city Texas, and Sugar Land which are the 2 areas I wanted to purchase my house in. I'm not a native of Texas so I really wanted someone knowledgeable. And he was! I used his site to save my favorite listings, and it shoots it over to him right away so I don't have to keep emailing him my list of homes I want to tour. I even got to meet his family. I decided it was time for a change. I was not feeling very hopeful. Until, I meet with Kristie from CG Realtors group. Immediately, I was impressed with her. She brought all comps for the area (others did not) and told me my was house was priced right. I did not hear the usual "it has been on the market awhile you need to drop the price." There were not typical realtor lines. She explained her marketing strategy. I liked she did not think her job began by taking pictures and ended with listing the property on the web. My property was under contract within 2-3 weeks of listing with her. We were a week away from closing when the deal went south. It is November and traditionally not many deals happen then; however, I had CG Realtors Group working for me. Within 2 weeks, we were under contract again. This time there was a bonus - We closed EARLY! HARD WORK, DEDICATION, AND A TEAM THAT WORKS WELL TOGETHER are only some of the many attributes that make up CG Realtors Group. Everyone I came into contact with at CG was pleasant and performed their work in a timely manner. I worked with other Keller Williams Metro groups and Krisitie's group far surpassed them in efficiency, ethics, willingness to go the extra mile. I have been on the "Do Not Call List" since 2004 (verified by website)…read more I had the unfortunate experience in dealing with several of the realtors from this company. I believe this problem started after I filed an eviction in Harris county. 4 days after I filed eviction, I started getting an average of 4 calls a day from these people try to get me to sell my rental house. They were very pushy and asked questions that was none of their business and became agitated when I refused to answer the questions. I did notify each different agent that called that I was on the do not call list, but the call still kept coming in. When I did not pick up the phone, I started getting annoying texts from them. I got so fed up I called the office and told him do not call me ever again. Guess what a week later they still call me several times a day. These scumbags will keep calling you till you sell your house through then. Reported these people to the FCC.
