They assigned me a realtor named as 'Greg Helton'. You can't ask for anything worst other than working with such kind of agent. He is arrogant. He started yelling at us for small things once we paid Earnest Money. He worked as a Seller's agent rather than my agent. We asked him to get the house cleaned as my kid has pet allergy, and previous owners had dogs. But nothing was done. We got just one key for the house and we had to replace lock for main door and garage as my agent was not aware of the keys and did not ask owners for it. I called the office of 'Monica Foster Team of eXp Realty' multiple times to complain about the situation and every time I was told a manager will call me but no one ever called.
