Was told an hour and left sitting in their cold waiting room for 4 hours while they had all the wheels off my car and went to lunch. Thanks for the heads up maybe I could have gone and got lunch too if I didn't think my car was almost ready. Finally get it back after hypothermia set in. Got it home only to find the wheel alignment was done wrong and the steering wheel was crooked. So took it back for another hour of waiting in the cold waiting room.... Finally it's all fixed right?? WRONG. Steering wheel still isn't straight and I don't have enough time to take it back again and waste another hour. Seriously the worst. Go somewhere with a reputation to uphold and a brand behind them.

Upon arrival i was greeted by service manager, whom…read morelistened to my concerns about my car and explained about the checked they carried out during service. after waiting for 40 50 minuted i was advised and explained about few small issues which were found on my vehicle. when i asked them if these issues were fixed already i was advised that they will need approval from me before they do any extra work. i am very impressed with that approach because most of other joints will do the extra work without approval and give customer a big bill. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they are also very happy with the service they have received, Keep doing good work

Be very careful, if you are getting anything from them then it is at your own risk. I bought 4 Hankook tyre from them and I tyre had bubble and when I took it for inspection, I found that the tyre is imported and Hankook Australia does not cover warranty, these people don't give a damn. when I went to the other tyre company to get new tyre, I found that they damaged my tyre while putting it back, I got report from that company and I tried to resolve the issue but they were so arrogant and cocky, that I had to lodge the complaint against them at VCAT. VCAT made the order against them but now they are not paying the order. I am forced to go to magistrate court now, but you can imagine the hassle I am going through. Their name should be FRAUD AUTOS.
