I was told $150 for walk in . When I presented my insurance card I received a bill for $390. The voice on the phone confirmed that I was up-charged BECAUSE I had insurance . Up charged after insurance was presented . Total out of pocket $225 after being told $150 walk in fee.(June 2026) read more

I have been going there since they opened their door in 1992. They are a very caring staff and I have always gotten great care there for all manner of ailments from type 2 diabetes to OCD diagnosis and treatment to HBP to broken bones. I also have never had a long wait and have often had them "work me in". Dr. Lambert is a VERY personable physician and his Assistants, nurses, and admin staffers have always been congenial and professional. I recommend this Family practice VERY HIGHLY. read more

These Google reviews starting from May 2025 are completely fake. I was an employee for about a month, under which time within the first week they asked me to create a fake profile which is the one I'm using to create this Google review right now lol in order to leave a fake and unethical review on the clinic that was asked by me by the clinic supervisor Amaya to make their clinic look more reputable then It was. Within my first week my supervisor asked me to quote on quote "chat gpt" a fake review to make their clinic "look better" and by the way the review that was created under the username bhemamohen is fake that woman has a partnership with the practice and owns part of It. They have favorite employees including a woman by the name Mallette who in turn harassed me from the moment I got to the workplace. When I spoke on several occasions with various upper management to state that I felt deeply uncomfortable with the way I was being harassed by this employee they ignored and dismissed my feelings completely. My supervisor then told me quote "that's just how she is, mallete is mallette is mallette." I then felt so dismissed that It in turn created a hostile work environment from then on. This woman also in front of the entire workplace asked me if I had taken my "medication" which is completely illegal under the "Americans with disabilities Act" also known as the ADA. Then when I felt ignored and harassed in my work environment all while I was going through an incredibly difficult time in my personal life recovering from an abusive relationship from the past 5 years, which I never disclosed because I was trying to maintain a level of professionalism. My supervisors several of them including Amaya from Tyrone, Kristy and Ronnie who work as the newnan location acted like they were going to help me through their clinic to get me mental health help which they never actually did. I expressed that I was having a hard time emotionally they proceeded to book me an appointment with Newnan family medicine as a patient and then said they could not help me get help with my medication because they weren't legally allowed to prescribe It which is weird because then why did they suggest I needed to make an appointment with their office in newnan to get help they never intended for me to receive. So then after being harassed every single day by another employee of the work place, and not one word was spoken to her about her incredibly unprofessional behavior, I was lied to mislead and spoken to rudely. Also I am racially a white woman and on one occasion my supervisor who is African American expressed that I was hired quote "to create diversity" within the workplace. Then I show up to work one day and their wifi was down and I had to paperchart every single thing I did that day, Mallette who was harassing me every single day then proceeded to tell me in front of other patients that she couldn't perform any blood pressures because there were no stethoscopes when I saw three laying around the workplace. So I then had to stop what I was doing and work up a patient that she had already spoken to who was confused why the other employee was not doing her job. Then after having the morning from hell working all these patients up without wifi and doing It gracefully without disclosing any issues with the patients themselves. I was then asked if I wanted to go home by my supervisor, because I seemed overwhelmed. I told her I was fine because i really needed the hours I continue my entire day without WiFi and using my own personal hotspot on my phone that I pay for myself, in order to do this job well and provide excellent patient care because I went into medical assisting because I care about the patients deeply, I continue to do patient care for the rest of the day and paperwork etc. I get a call from Amaya firing me because I seemed "overwhelmed and needed some help with my mental health." Well absolutely that's what I was asking for the entire time, and gaslit into thinking I was actually cared for by my employers. I was told It was not her decision and wasn't "personal" and It was a decision made by Cecil Bennett the owner who I had never even met one time. I am deeply saddened that this practice was taken over from Dr lambert who the patients seem to all like which I heard by other employees that he actually cared about patient care and that Dr. Bennett does not he pushes ozempic and semi glutide as a way to make money off of patients who are deeply struggling with weight gain. I did not create this review because I feel I was wrongfully terminated. I created this review to tell patients that this clinic is extremely unorganized, their employees are treated unfairly, their patients are overlooked and rudely spoken to, the patient care is some of the worst I have ever seen.
