Called today and they had to dig the file out! We have asked several times for an itemized invoice of where the $5,000 retainer went and they won't reply. Talked to Mr. Stapleton this morning and he stated if we wanted him to finish the job it will be $300 an hour! This firm does not care about helping anyone. All they care about is taking your money.
