Upon arriving he makes an effort to greet you in person and make you feel welcome. The same can't be said about the staff. Of the three girls who work the reception only one greeted us (the youngest seemed to be). Once we had been "thrown" our key we put our luggage in our rooms and came down to eat. The first lady who took our order was nice and made an effort to be friendly. The lady who served our food literally flung our food on the table like we were pigs. Made me feel very uncomfortable. The hotel and eooms are really warm and well furnished starting from a single bedroom and going up to a whole box of a house. Overall over an average stay over-shadowed by the rudness of the reception members.
