This is a locally-owned institution in Copley Township; if the hours seem limited, it's because they are doing far more than just filling propane tanks. The motto is basically "you're 'company' on the first visit, and after that you're one of us" -- repeat visits turn you into an old friend, and never will you find a place that's happier to see you. They said no. One strap is fine, two straps is bad. I asked if the 2nd strap makes it dangerous and they literally said yes. Insanely dumb application of a rule. I left feeling profiled because of my age and because I ride a motorcycle. I don't think there's any chance an older person with the same bag would have been treated the same way.
