Several people recommended Excel Body Shop, so that's where I headed! I have received very fast and attentive service both times while coming here, my initial trip I was given a quote of $130 dollars and that's a GREAT deal compared to what I had been told by other mechanics. I'm back today since the part has arrived and I'm currently waiting for it to be put in. I cant believe that while I grew up only one street away, I've never thought of bringing my car here previously! I've received nothing but super friendly service at a great price! I cant recommend this place enough, at the very least, get a quote from Excel before automatically going to the other guys!

We asked them to check certain things while the vehicles were being serviced and they failed to remember to do so both times.. this last time we brought our vehicle in they put everything back together on the engine and forgot to replace some seals near the intake. Our engine was leaking gas. It cost us $600 to have corrected at another shop. The other complaint I have is that when you call in to check on your vehicle they act put out. They give the impression they can't be bothered. I highly recommend if you live in the Marion Indiana area to find a better mechanic or drive to another town. This place is bad news.

The Sales staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful especially Austin and Rachel. I picked it up around the first of December and towed it to Florida where we live. There were some damages on this initial trip that were Coachman's manufacturing issues. Stellhorn was very helpful in supporting us. The Service staff are great and Kirk was extremely helpful and supportive in the challenges that were faced. Most of the issues were regarding the Manufacturing issues and Quality Control within Coachman which we are addressing with Coachman directly Also when we went to register the camper here in Florida, we found that Stellhorn had packaged all of the required documentation for the camper and we had a very smooth registration effort at the DMV. We had our car towed to Olson Paint & Body in the event that the car could be repaired (we were hopeful). The adjuster totalled the car. We had done our best to clean out the car in the aftermath of the accident, but, needless to say, we didn't get everything. I was in touch with the shop about having other essentials like our license plates and EZ Pass transponder mailed back to us. Not only did they do a thorough clean out of our vehicle (returning things by mail we had totally forgotten about), but we received sage advice and information to assist in settling our insurance claim.
