Still, it was a four-day process and I was charged 30% more than quote even though they did not move all of my belongings (which was told to the quoter). They showed up without proper materials, e.g. no packing for my artwork. They left much of it behind, but what they did pack, was just thrown on truck without proper pkg. Left behind my outdoor furniture and at least 3 of my most prized art pieces. It has been over two weeks and zero follow up. Now, I am scrambling to try to have the rest of my things moved, at much additional expense. Poorest moving experience ever and I have moved 10+ times in my life...

Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys. On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient.
