You may be waiting days or weeks for someone to return your call. Their staff is also clueless as to what you, or another bank representative, is asking of them in regards to an account. They won't let you order your 1st round of renewal checks online so you have to go there or call. Well I've been waiting three weeks for delivery and nothing. I am flat out of checks at this point and have been for the last week really. I call again to check the status and am told that they were never ordered to begin with....So now I have to wait another 7-10 business days.
