They've done things to my mortgage that is not in my loan agreement and I'm having a horrible time getting straightened out. They will put overdraft charges in your account for weeks prior even when you cover the overdraft same day. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. There were no other customers in any of the drive through lanes. After waiting 8 minutes to get a receipt , I called the teller and he said he was terribly busy and to give him more time. As a retired Service Representative of 34 years, a response like that would have gotten me fired. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. PNC TRAIN YOUR TELLERS BETTER!
