Zach, Kyle, Ashley and another team member (sorry, forgot his name) has been amazing and helpful! Zach and Kyle helped me from opening my business account, balance transfers, to personal loan. I never had to worry about any of my banking needs or questions because they always take care of them for me right away. This branch is the closest to my home and business and I am glad that they are at the branch I go to the most. Friendly, helpful, quick response, knowledgeable, and overall an amazing team. read more

This is a small branch of the mega-bank that we all know and recognize: US Bank. This particular branch, however, is not very big at all. The longest I've ever seen the line, indoors or drive through window, is 2 people long. The wait is very short if not immediate. The staff is friendly and helpful even for someone like me that never has a deposit slip completed. I'm sure that must be annoying for them but you'd never know it because they are ready and happy to help me out. This branch truly has the small, community bank vibe that most other large banks only drool over in their commercials and PR campaigns. read more

The manager here, Zac is unprofessional & and was dishonest regarding matters with my account. It's management like him that doesn't deserve the title that they hold because, they have poor customer service and disrespectful to those "underneath" them. I am disgusted in the way I was handled during our conversation. I would never go back to this brunch again. The only thing this bank is going to do (if anything at all) is respond with a generic apology because, they know it's a true statement. read more

The tellers remember things I mention when making small talk. They remember my preferences and are above all pretty great people. To be honest, I don't do complicated things when I go to the bank, I haven't applied for a loan (will update when I do this...soon) or have multiple accounts. I just simply deposit and withdrawal about once or twice a week. It's never a headache and I actually enjoy walking into the bank.

Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. They don't try to upsell me on their other products, either. Very customer focused!

We did some restructuring and now fees, fees, fees. I have been chasing fees since, even though Joe told me I wouldn't be. Well he was wrong and when I tried to get follow up help I was directed to Jackie. Jackie took off a couple fees but here I am again being charged fees when Ive been told I wouldn't be. Then I just went through an account he and I use to transfer funds between one another and I just saw a 35$ fee. I'm not happy about it but Im not going to hassle these overworked employees as I will just amp up my efforts to get keep get him to leave this awful bank, that iconstantly needs to be watched due to distrustful or untrained/misinformed/lazy employees. It will take him time to leave but he has started talking about it with all our/my issues... I'm In the process of transferring all mine to navy federal. I've Had them for the last 9 months and not one lie. Not one fee. Not one employee saying they fixed something only for me to have to deal with another employee, on multiple months going forward. This is one establishment I look forward to leaving behind all the hidden/lied about fees. Such better banks out there without the lying/misinformed employees. I HATE changing banks as it's a large hassle ---who doesn't?.... My advice is DONT GO INTO THIS ONE...so you don't have to look at the future and changing a bank due to months and months of fees and complaints and lies and employees passing on to others....
