I don't know if it's because the drive-thru Lane is now closed so they don't have their attention split, but whatever the reason, it's been much easier to get transactions done in a timely fashion. The lines are no longer as s l o w. There hv bn days where the lines are as long as in the past, usually pay days and weekends, but the line *moves* and no one is left mouldering in wait. Contrary to what an earlier reviewer wrote, I think it may be because of the new manager, Simon - tho I don't know how long he's been the manager here. And huge appreciation for Steven upstairs who helped me navigate some intricate dealings across state lines. I feel much more confident in the care I'm receiving at this branch.
