The issue is that there is no longer a drive through and going inside always takes an extremely long time bcus there is always only one teller. I went prior to an appointment to cash a check to have cash on hand and there was a line and no clerk at the window so I had to leave to avoid being late. Came back at closing time and was in and out. If the drive through is permanently closed. There needs to be more tellers at this location. I only opened an account here bcus I just moved here from Alabama and I live next door to the bank but I can never go in and out under 20 minutes or more.

Until I'm pulling out of my garage one day to be met with a tow truck and repo men telling me that they were going to have to take my van. I told them to get bent and took off. When i called the bank in the morning i was told that the paperwork was indeed recieved but never processed because my loan officer had quit and my payment paperwork had gotten lost in the shuffle. So i made the payments and again filled out their forms and sent them in. About 3 months later my van was repossessed. When i called to find out what the heck had happened they again told me that my paperwork had not been processed. Keep in mind that this is their own printed envelope i had used to send in my stuff. But this time instead of just asking for the two, yes, only two payments that hadn't been made, they called the entire loan due to the tune of $50k. Fortunately i had it to pay but many people can't just come up with that kind of cash. But of course i couldn't just do it over the phone with my debit card or a check. They had to have it via wire transfer which would require me to go to my bank. Problem with that is that i had no van bc they had taken it and i am a bilateral amputee. I have no legs. So i can't just hop in my buddys car and go. Do you think Tony W. the guy at royal bank cared? No, not a bit. This all is to reminiscent of a scam to reposses a car that they know it's worth more than i owed on it so that they could sell it and make money. I would no sooner do business with this bank than i would jump off of a 50 story building. They are all jerks on the phone and flat out criminal to work with.

To this young man, i apologize if following the law and driving at the 30mph speed limit was making you late to work or something, but it's no excuse for the dangerous way you were driving or the way you yelled and screamed until you were red in the face because i wouldn't speed up. I couldn't get a great look at your face because you were driving with your elbows while flipping me off with both hands. But Overland is a small community. Lackland is a popular road. And I've seen your car parked outside this establishment every time I've driven by, so i can only assume you acted in such a way to get there quickly. Hopefully you learn to control your anger and your road rage because you not only put yourself in danger, but you endangered me and my toddler by driving the way that you did. Not to mention the other people on the road when you proceeded to run the red to turn onto Lackland. Grow up.

Sorry, not interested in joining…read more.. Today, Saturday afternoon I went to this new location with the idea of getting 5, 10 and $20 bills for a trip early Sunday. I am a loyal First Community Credit Union member, but wanted to give Vantage a chance as it is closer to where I live. Disappointing ATM machine. Nice and new, but all looks with few features. I wanted $400, but that was too much as the machine said. Ok, they don't know me. So, how about $300? No problem. As I said, small bills was the goal. NOPE! I got 3 brand new crisp $100 bills. No option for asking for the smaller bills either. I may as well have gotten 3 heads of Lettuce because large bills are not always easy to cash. WHO uses such denominations in the REAL world??? Very disappointed that they chose to buy the cheaper machines (I suppose). Now, I have to go to First Community and get the smaller bills. What a wasted trip here!!! If Vantage wants to play with the big boys, then you better learn how to put on your big boy pants.

That all went out the window when they fraudulently went into my account and removed $576.87. Called me THREE weeks later and said that the pesos that they sold me.....they no longer used, first they said they were not good....then they backed tracked (as any liar would) and said they just don't carry denominations that big. SO it took u three weeks to figure out they were no good. But they were good when u gave them to me. They were further good when I traded them back in for American dollars. It took another two weeks to tell me that u went into my account. Now if I would have jumped behind the counter and taken my money back you would have had every police municipality in the bank. SO - now you have the pesos and my American money - and it is going to take you 30 days to figure out what happen and to replace my money. KNOW this - I am retired and I can sit in court with you until eternity....I dare you rob an elderly disabled minority. This is not going to work out nicely for you in court. Then at the end of the day - you will ultimately lose cause whenever this is resolved ALL OF MY LIFE SAVINGS are coming out of there.
