When I explained I was waiting for the branch to open, I was told I couldn't stand there, in a tone that was unnecessarily abrupt and unprofessional and that I needed to move due to security. More concerning, another employee was discussing another customers personal financial situation, including charge-offs and the likelihood of being denied for a loan. This conversation was clearly audible to me and another waiting customer. Given standard expectations around PII/privacy training and customer service etiquette, what I witnessed was very concerning and disappointing. This raises serious concerns for me regarding professionalism and customer privacy. The first employee (female, dark/black hair that appeared unkept). The second employee (female, heavier set build).
