The current branch manager, Laura, as well as Pam, the customer service manager, and the various other employees are awesome! They have helped me more times than I care to share. Anything I need, within reason, and I just shoot on over and discuss it. No time to stop by, send an email! The prompt and courteous attention to my financial matters leaves me in awe. I have dealt with several banks, and this one is the only one that makes me feel like I'm back in the 50's and they know me as soon as I walk in. There is always hot coffee and someone ready and able to help you out.

When I explained I was waiting for the branch to open, I was told I couldn't stand there, in a tone that was unnecessarily abrupt and unprofessional and that I needed to move due to security. More concerning, another employee was discussing another customers personal financial situation, including charge-offs and the likelihood of being denied for a loan. This conversation was clearly audible to me and another waiting customer. Given standard expectations around PII/privacy training and customer service etiquette, what I witnessed was very concerning and disappointing. This raises serious concerns for me regarding professionalism and customer privacy. The first employee (female, dark/black hair that appeared unkept). The second employee (female, heavier set build). These ladies proved today that they are indeed the "God of their jobs". Just for the record, I receive better service at fast food drive ups!
