10-02-2024 I called US CELLULAR at 1603 West Ave, Freeport, IL 61032. A female answered the phone. I told her I was considering switching cell phone providers and wanted to know some things about us cellular. During my explanation I could hear the woman whispering to someone. She then said I'm sorry you are breaking up. I repeated my self two more times, all the while I could hear the US Cellular representative whispering to someone. The representative kept saying "you are breaking up". It must be your current carrier, and that "you should stop in, to discuss". I asked for a manager and she hung up on me. I called back and asked her for a manager and was given a male representative. I told him that I have lived in this town for a year and no one has ever told me that "I am breaking up".
