So she knew exactly what I was looking for but also let me know what would work and what might not. We were both on the same page when we were done. We set an appointment for a couple weeks down the road. Received emails from Julie showing all of the options available regarding color and textures as well as updates and reminders. She answered every question I had prior to the appointment day. On the appointment day, the crew was there exactly when they said they would be. Once again, walked the entire job with the lead tech and another tech to make sure we were all on the same page. Nothing left to chance or interpretation. The crew was great. Hard working and very polite and professional. When they were done we again walked the job site and checked their work. It looked great. They did a complete clean up and everything was perfect. Got easy follow up instructions in writing so there was no guessing. Just an all around great experience. Curbing looks great. Every "I" was dotted and "T" was crossed.
