The part they said they ordered, never was shipped. They would not respond to me. I was referred to Quick & Kind Appliance Repair and called them. I was told they could source 5 of the part. I scheduled the repair and diagnostic was on Nov17,25 and the morning of Nov19th, the repair was done. It was like Christmas came early. They were the most efficient and friendly repair company I have ever dealt with. I would also like to add the price was so much more reasonable. I am still fighting Sears for a refund.
